Dear Respected Parents/Guardians, As Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh/Greetings, 

We pray your summer is going well, Insha’Allah. 

On behalf of Westfall Academy, I am happy to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school Year! We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential. We recognize that in order to be successful in school, our children need support from both the home and school. We know a strong partnership with you will make a great difference in your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our responsibilities.  We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she:

  • Attends school daily and arrives on time, ready for the day’s learning experience
  • Completes all homework assignments given by teachers
  •  Reads daily to develop a love for reading and to improve literacy skills
  • Shares school experiences with you so that you are aware of his/her school life
  • Informs you if he/she needs additional support in any area or subject

We understand how difficult it has been trying to navigate through these unusual times. We will keep working on finding the best ways to keep our students, staff, and parents safe. Safety is our priority. We, at Westfall Academy, are committed to provide your child with the best educational experience, Insha’Allah. Thank you for your commitment, support, and patience in this process.   

Registration requirements are below: 

  • Check for book fee: $300
  • September tuition
  •  Registration fee $100 new students, $50 returning students
  •  Voided check for ACH ($50 off the registration fee)
  • Most updated immunizations and Physical exam (can be faxed to 585-442-9924)
  • New students need to bring birth certificate and health insurance card
  • Transportation needs to be completed through your school district. Please call school transportation in your district to get your child’s bus pass. 

Below are September Important Dates:

  • Monday, September 6th Labor Day. No School
  • Tuesday, September 7th Orientation Day. Students/parents can stop by anytime 9:00am-3:00pm to drop off school supplies and meet the teachers. No School
  • Wednesday, September 8th 1st Day of School for Students. 

Registration requirements can be mailed to school at 727 Westfall Rd, Rochester NY 14620 Attention:  Amanee Albaram or dropped off at the ICR main office Monday-Friday 11:00am-3:00pm. We will be emailing the invoices shortly. Feel free to make your payments Online via the View and Pay option. Please be advised, all required payments need to be done before your child can join school. (disregard this if you have already taken care of registration requirements).
