Dear WFA Families, As-salamu Alaikum/Greetings

I hope this email finds you in good health, Insha’Allah! 

Time flies! Here comes a new month, December, and a new semester, winter 2020. 

With winter approaching quickly, make sure your child comes to school with winter appropriate clothing: a coat, long sleeves sweater for indoor, a hat, mittens, extra pair of socks & snow boots (for outdoor only). Students need to wear proper school sneakers when indoor.

I would also like to share with you December Calendar and Lunch Menu 2020, attached. December important dates, events and highlights are below:

–         December 7^th – December 20^th WFA Virtual Book Fair. Shop at our online Book Fair and support Westfall Academy. Link is HERE

–         December 17^th TWIST Store. Please encourage your child to keep following the TWIST characters “Thoughtful Wise Independent Safe Together” to earn the TWIST points. 

–         December 21^st First day of winter.

Please make sure your child comes to school with winter appropriate clothing.

–         December 23^rd Pajama Day. Students celebrate Book Fair by wearing their comfortable pajamas, bringing their favorite book and stuffed animal & watching a movie based on children’s books. 

–         December 24^th– January 1st Winter Break No School. School resumes back to normal operational hours on Monday January 4^th, Insha’Allah Ta’alla.
